Building Effective Successful Teams (BEST) is an innovative approach to in-service education. We provide stand-alone, team-directed modules on topics such as Challenging Behaviors, Early Literacy, and Teaming for early childhood service providers. By working together on exercises and readings, team members learn to adapt and apply best practice strategies in their own settings. These materials have been developed in partnership with teachers, staff, parents, and administrators.
