September 19, 2018 By Idaho SALN SPONSORS Fall artAbility Workshops The Center on Disabilities and Human Development's artAbility Project has announced two workshops for Fall 2018 - Mixed Media Collage! The artAbility project provides and encourages adults with disabilities to express themselves through participation in art workshops with local artists and University of Idaho students. The first FREE art workshops will be a Mixed Media Collage class with Rachael Eastman. Rachael will be teaching mixed media abstract pieces, both inspired by different artists. Each workshop will focus on a new artist! On September, 29th, we will be focusing on Wassily Kandinsky, and on October 13th we will focus on Miriam Schapiro.The workshops run from 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Saturday, September 29th and Saturday, October 13th.
