August 20, 2019 By Idaho SALN Free September Health Screening Plan to attend the September 12th FREE Community Health Screening available at Desert Sage Elementary School in Boise, Idaho. The screening is provided for adults 18+ with no insurance or limited access to healthcare. No one will be turned away! Screenings take place from 5-7:30pm as follows: Thursday, September 12, 2019 Desert Sage Elementary School 9325 W Mossywood Drive, Boise, ID 83709 Participants can arrive anytime between 5:00pm and 7:30pm. Plan 80-90 minutes to complete the screening process. The Idaho Food Bank will be providing FREE FOOD BOXES for participants who want one, while supplies last!
