Attend the free November 16 community health screening in Nampa at the Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho.

Free Health Screening

Plan to attend the November 16 FREE Community Health Screening available at the Hispanic Cultural Center in Nampa, Idaho. The screening is provided for adults 18+ with no insurance or limited access to preventative care.

Screenings take place from 4-7pm as follows:

    315 Stampede Dr., Nampa, ID 83687

Participants can arrive anytime between 4-7pm.
Plan on 80-90 minutes to complete the screening process.

The Idaho Foodbank will be providing boxes of food, free for participants who want one, while supplies last!

Screenings offered are:

  • Basic Physical Exam/Assessment
  • Oral/Dental Health Evaluation & Education
  • Depression & Alcohol Screening
  • Hearing & Vision Screening
  • Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Hep C & HIV testing (while supplies last)
  • Nutrition Assessment & Education
  • Traumatic Brain Injury Screening
  • Flu Shots (as supplies last)
