November 1, 2019 By Idaho SALN Free November Health Screening Plan to attend the November 14th FREE Community Health Screening available at Sherman Elementary School in Nampa, Idaho. The screening is provided for adults 18+ with no insurance or limited access to healthcare. No one will be turned away! Screenings take place from 5-7:30pm as follows: Thursday, November 14, 2019 Sherman Elementary School 1521 E Sherman Ave, Nampa, ID 83686 Participants can arrive anytime between 5:00pm and 7:30pm. Plan 80-90 minutes to complete the screening process. The Idaho Food Bank will be providing FREE FOOD BOXES for participants who want one, while supplies last!
