September 27, 2018 By Idaho SALN Free Health Screening Plan to attend the October FREE Community Health Screening available at Garfield Elementary School in Boise, Idaho. The screening is provided for adults 18+ with no insurance or limited access to preventative care. Screenings take place from 4-7pm as follows: October 18, 2018 Garfield Elementary School 1914 Broadway Ave, Boise, ID 83706 Participants can arrive anytime between 4-7pm. Plan on 90 minutes to complete the screening process. The Idaho Food Bank will be providing FREE FOOD BOXES for participants who want one, while supplies last! Screenings offered are: Basic Physical Exam/Assessment Oral/Dental Health Evaluation & Education Depression & Alcohol Screening Hearing & Vision Screening Blood Sugar, Cholesterol, Hep C & HIV testing (while supplies last) Nutrition Assessment & Education Traumatic Brain Injury Screening Flu Shots (as supplies last) QUESTIONS?
