September 13, 2021 By CDHD We need your help: COVID-19 survey Tell us about your experience with COVID-19. If you’re a person with a disability and COVID-19 has impacted your life, please consider filling out our online survey. Take the survey With the assistance of the AUCD and the CDC, we’re conducting an online survey to better understand the impacts of COVID-19 on people with disabilities living in rural communities across Idaho. The aim of this study is to target the social determinants of health and better understand how to help and prepare Idahoans for the next public health emergency. The response and analysis collected from this study will be shared to other rural communities across the US. It will be used to identify areas of improvement in current disability services. The survey has 30 questions that focus on how your education and neighborhood/housing were impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
