November 4, 2021 By CDHD Tools for Life 2022 – registration is open! The Tools for Life Fair will be back in-person in March 2022. Even better, registration is now open! Register now Tools for Life will take place in Moscow on March 7-8 at the Best Western Plus University Inn. This two-day event is a secondary transition conference for students with disabilities, families and secondary transition professionals. It will include keynote speakers, presentations and breakout sessions that focus on: employment assistive technology post-secondary education independent living self-advocacy/self-direction. Students are encouraged to attend the breakout sessions that they’re most interested in. There are also sessions aimed specifically towards parents, allowing everyone to get the most out of their Tools for Life experience. In addition to speakers and breakout sessions, there will be an exhibit hall to allow agencies and vendors to promote their organizations, share resources and showcase their products. Not only is the Fair a great opportunity to gather information and advice, but it’s also a chance to socialize. Along with participating in the conference with peers, students are invited to attend a social event with pizza, live music, dancing and more.
