As always, all adults of all abilities are welcome!

Each session runs for 20-30 minutes under the instruction of our CDHD student trainees. You will complete a number of exercises, with adaptations available to suit all fitness levels and abilities. Each session is carefully planned out to ensure healthy movement with a big dose of fun!

Kellie, Victoria and Maddie have returned as instructors this spring. New trainee Julia Bailey has also joined the team.

Julia joined the CDHD this semester. She's a senior at the University of Idaho, studying movement sciences. She hopes to pursue a career in physical therapy once she finishes her degree. Julia is also a member of the women’s soccer team.

Come along, meet Julia and get your body moving in a friendly and inclusive environment!

Not able to make it to one of our classes? Not to worry. Try out one of our videos online. Follow along at home as former CDHD trainee Morgan Flynn walks you through a series of exercises.
