Movement in the Park: winter locations

There’s no denying that the weather has cooled down, but we’re not letting that stop us from getting our exercise. Movement in the Park is still offering weekly sessions, with indoor locations ensuring everyone can safely and comfortably participate.

As always, people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels are welcome to join!

Winter 2024 schedule

Our student trainee instructors will continue to host classes until December 5 on:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-4:30 pm PT
at the 1912 Center

Wednesdays from 11-11:30 am PT
at the Hamilton Indoor Recreation Center

What to expect

While we may be indoors for the remainder of the semester, all other aspects of these free exercise sessions remain the same.

Each class runs for approximately 30 minutes, featuring exercises and activities designed to target four key areas of the body – arms, legs, core and cardio. Alternative movement options are provided throughout to ensure that all abilities and fitness levels can take part.

Isabella, Haley and Jayda are continuing to ensure that each session is packed full of fun and fitness.
